My Menière’s (the “Application”) is provided by Rick Doornhein as a free app.
Information collection and use
The Application does not collect, store, transmit or share personal data.
- No account or sign-in is required.
- The Application contains no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking.
- The Application does not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings or browsing data.
- Language and app preferences may be stored locally on the device. They are not transmitted.
- Motion-sensor data is used only on the device to control the character in the balance game. It is not stored or transmitted.
- Audio and visual content is included in the Application and played locally.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect or transmit data, no Application data is shared with third parties.
The Application is distributed through Apple’s App Store and Google Play. Those stores may process information independently under their own privacy policies when you download or update the Application.
Children
The Application does not knowingly collect personal data from children or other users.
Medical information
The Application shares a personal experience of Ménière’s disease and includes educational information and audiovisual simulations. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Changes
This privacy policy may be updated when the Application or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page.
